One strong constant — a stacked stone feature wall — carries the identity, while everything around it stays deliberately neutral and re-specifiable. The furniture layout is drawn for the worst orientation on the site, so the plan holds up on every plot rather than only the best one.

Daylight first — the glazing is the primary light source. After dark, cove lighting lifts the ceiling plane and a chrome pendant marks the lounge.
