We operate as a dedicated design arm — focusing solely on creative excellence, ROI, and aesthetic impact. We design; our partners build. Zero conflict of interest with local construction or engineering teams.

Our registered office and primary studio is in London (124 City Road, EC1V 2NX). We also operate actively in New Cairo, Egypt and Dubai, UAE, serving clients across the MENA region and internationally.

Our structured seven-stage process:

• 02 — Concept Development: mood board, style direction, colour palette, sketches
• 03 — Space Planning: furniture layout, circulation flow, zoning
• 04 — 3D Visualisation: high-end renders, lighting mood, material testing
• 05 — Material Selection: marble, veneer, fabrics, metals, joinery
• 06 — Technical Drawings: shop drawings, BOQ, lighting & electrical plans
• 07 — Handover & Supervision: material approval, quality checks, final styling

Yes — both are core to our process. Our 3D renders include lighting mood, camera angles, and full material testing. Technical documentation covers dimension plans, decoration plans, furniture plans, flooring plans, ceiling plans, lighting plans, power socket plans, internal elevations, and joinery drawings.

We operate a “design-only” model by default — you use your own construction team. This ensures zero conflict of interest. However, we can provide project management support: site visits, contractor coordination, material approvals, and quality control.
