The challenge
The room had to hold a bed, a dressing table and a full wardrobe run without becoming a furniture showroom — and it had to work at 7am and at midnight, which are very different rooms.

Luxury home interiors — master bedroom & dressing
A serene master bedroom suite built around a hand-painted botanical mural, integrated dressing zone, and layered ambient lighting — a calm, tactile retreat designed to feel restful in daylight and intimate at night.
The room had to hold a bed, a dressing table and a full wardrobe run without becoming a furniture showroom — and it had to work at 7am and at midnight, which are very different rooms.
The wardrobes were built in and painted out, so the storage disappears into the architecture and the only thing you see on entering is the mural. Lighting was then split into three independent layers, so the same room can be bright and practical in the morning and low and cocooning at night.
A bedroom that feels like a hotel suite and stores like a family wardrobe.
Three switchable layers — daylight through sheers, bronze wall lights at bedside height, and a low backlit shelf glow for the evening. No overhead downlights over the bed.
